Twin Brothers Gallery, Atlanta's mecca for African Art

Twin Brothers Gallery is a vibrant and culturally rich African art gallery nestled in the heart of Sandy Springs, Georgia. Founded over twenty years ago, with its first location in New Orleans in 2000. Currently, there are two locations in Sandy Springs, the first was founded 20 years ago on Hammond Drive, and the newest location is on Roswell Road. The gallery was founded by visionary owner, Abdoulaye Biteye, a native of Senegal, and has quickly become a celebrated cultural gem in the city.

Before setting up Twin Brothers Gallery, Abdoulaye Biteye honed his craft and artistic sensibilities while living in New York City, where he lent his talents as a jeweler, which he learned from his father in Senegal and later honed at the renowned Tiffany & Co. Drawing from his background in fine craftsmanship, he now offers jewelry and watch repair at both of his locations. Abdoulaye embarked on a remarkable journey to establish art galleries that would not only showcase the brilliance of African art but also inspire positivity through artistic expression.

Having previously opened successful art galleries in the vibrant city of New Orleans, Abdoulaye Biteye recognized the need to bring the beauty of African art and culture to Atlanta, a city with a rich history of creativity and diversity. His vision culminated in the creation of Twin Brothers Gallery, which has quickly become a haven for art connoisseurs, enthusiasts, and collectors alike.

While the new gallery in Atlanta is relatively young, the legacy of Twin Brothers Gallery has deep roots. Abdouleye's dedication to celebrating African art spans over two decades, with another location in Atlanta, established twenty years ago, that has garnered a following of esteemed clientele. Notably, celebrities such as Usher, Lil John, Waka Flocka, KRS One, and many more have been captivated by the allure of Twin Brothers Gallery, with some becoming cherished patrons of the gallery.

Twin Brothers Gallery distinguishes itself by curating a collection of artwork and sculptures that are not only visually stunning but also embody the essence of positivity. Each piece tells a unique story, carrying with it the spirit and heritage of Africa. Whether you are a seasoned collector or simply seeking inspiration, a visit to Twin Brothers Gallery promises an immersive experience that celebrates the beauty, creativity, and positivity of African art.
